Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM-1:30 PM (Part-Time: 20 hours per week)

About the Role
We are seeking a professional and highly organized Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our corporate office in Bellevue, WA. This temporary, part-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming workplace environment and ensuring office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

As a member of the Office Services team, you will provide administrative and logistical support across a variety of office functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, service-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily office operations to maintain an organized, professional, and efficient workplace.
  • Greet visitors and help with creating a positive office experience for employees and guests.
  • Coordinate office logistics, communications, and administrative activities.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
  • Assist with conference room coordination and workspace organization.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain office documentation and records.
  • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to support office-related initiatives and requests.
  • Help maintain office standards, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration, office coordination, reception, or a similar support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
